I. Overview
DJL-V series of voltage-loss and current-breaking timer is the most advanced voltage-loss and current-breaking monitoring meter at present, which is designed according to the actual situation of electric power supply in ?xml:namespace>China. It features full series of functions, reliable actions, accurate timing, strong immunity of disturbance and interference. Adoption of micro-power consumption CMOS integrated smart monitoring circuit is made for all the electronic element of this product, which can accurately record the accurate time of HV and LV phase break and voltage loss for the voltage transformer phase by phase and can meanwhile monitor CT line break. It may provide an advanced instrument for check and calculation of kilo-watt hour metering when occurring phase break and voltage loss under accidental situation. It may also provide a necessary proofing basis for kilo-watt hour metering when occurring phase break and voltage loss. For the purpose of fair, reasonable and accurate metering, all the performance indicators of it can meet or exceed relevant requirements of the Technical Conditions on Voltage-loss Timer issued by the Ministry of Power Industry.
II. Functions, Features and Technical Indicators
1. DJL-V series of voltage loss and current breaking timer monitors and makes timing HV and LV phase breaking and voltage loss of voltage transformer in metering circuit phase by phase according to current and voltage sensing principle. It may monitor and make timing phase by phase when the current transformer is disconnected.
2. Adoption of type wheel counter is made for counter of Phase A, B and C, which features strong immunity of disturbance and interference. The counter on each phase is designed with a resetting and clearing switch. Press the electronic clearing switch and the counter may be cleared.
3. The electrical circuit is designed with fully isolated way to monitor the phase break and voltage loss in the metering circuit. Under any case, even faults of electronic parts of timer due to certain reasons, it will not impact safety and metering accuracy of metering circuit.
4. This timer is designed with highly intellectual electronic circuit, which not only improves the voltage-loss and current-breaking functions of voltage loss instrument, but also features small dimensions, lower power consumption, and long service life.
5. This timer is provided with a large number of back-up batteries. Under that all the three phase is of voltage loss, this timer can run reliably. The battery is designed with self-charging circuit. Maintenance is unnecessary.
